Hi, I am a university student in Malaysia and was interested in starting an English Language Society in my university. The main reason being that I am quite dismayed by the level of English proficiency among students and even the lecturers themselves as most of them are even PhD holders. I was thinking of trying my hand at teaching my fellow students on how to improve their english. Can anyone guide or advise me as to how to go about teaching as this is my first time. I would like to know the basics and so forth as although I feel that I am quite proficient in the language but knowing it and teaching is all together a different matter. Your help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
