As far as English is concerned ... I've had the first classes at the age of 12. That was many years ago, more than 15 :wink:
A big advantage was to have a native speaker as teacher, in highschool and university.

I can recall one or two related court decisions in Germany. I believe it was in 2003, when a court allowed patients who had Crohn's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis etc to use marijuana to alleviate symptoms of their diseases. I don't know if there have been similar decisions in the past two years.
