Hi everybody, Lenny Tran : maybe you're right and maybe I had better not to say that and give my opinion about members (which was not at all negative ! :P ) was certainly a little silly... BUT this was not the main point of my mail, was it ? OK, we don't agree, I have to respect your point of...

My holidays are over for me too. :? From one hand, I'm disapointed because I've the feeling I didn't do all I wanted to do but... in another hand, we couldn't live without working and the order in our society would collapse if we did not work, right ? Though we think so, holidays are not very natura...

the last book i've read is 1984 by george orwell I've read it too, not a long time ago ! :P Although it's science-fiction, it's quite funny to see how our modern world looks like, or rather begins to look like to Orwell's vision : the importance of media, disinformation, egoism, bachelorhood ( :cry...

Personally, I would like to go Japan. It looks so strange, a mix between an ancient civilization and high technologies. Are some japanese people in this forum :?:
I notice any for the moment. Maybe I'm wrong.

Re: Ghaza Pullout

Your memory is selective... you're right : I'm not an historian   For 3,000 years the middle east has been in turmoil But to fight, there must be two opponents, no :?: In fact, If I was an arab and if I read what follows :"history has shown that not many Muslims and Arabs have loved ...

I think if the human race really needed to abandon the Earth, the Moon would be the next alternative . I think so. Of course, we couldn't live there (so it would not be our "next home" ) but it seems to me that there are resources which could be imported to the Earth, like helium-3... BYE Go...

Re: Ghaza Pullout

Well, that means that it won't be a victory for very many people because history has shown that not many Muslims and Arabs have loved peace .... Honestly I can't see why trying to defend his land is against peace. It's rather legitimate : in 1945, the share of Palestine was unfair and as fo...

Hi everybody :!: The latest book I've read is called "De vita beata" (<=> "Happy life" :? ) by Sénèque, who was a roman philosopher. It is quite astounding to read a book who was written almost 2000 years old ago ! (and it is not so old-fashioned :) ) In this work, he tries to tell us how to lead an...
