Best way is to eat small meals every 4 hours. That increases your metabolism and makes your body digest faster. Plus eating more veggies instead of bread/rice. Walking a whole lot is already exercise, and bringing lots of stuff if you're going to work making you sweat and pant, that's already exerci...

We carry as much as 60% of our stress in the shoulders. Massages and hot tubs are very good ways to relieve the tension, as is meditation and breathing exercises. I found this link on Google, hope it helps.
