I would not use "bureau" in the name of a business. I think it would be confusing in most cases.

Avoid semicolons. They are difficult to use correctly.

My first thought is that it means that the politician was damaged by his words.
In the same sense that a fire "levels" a building. (The fire made the building collapse to the ground).

The term "price-quality ratio" is technical language used in classrooms or companies.

"Great quality for reasonable price" would be a good way to say in normal conversation.

Or "great quality for a great price".
