Agree that this language is quiet difficult to spell and understand.

Don't know much about China or Chinese people honestly, I just noticed they were discreet and hard workers. They also have a good sense of family and their food is one of the best in the world.

I work in Hong Kong and have to say the standard of English is superb.

Although pronunciation is not the best.

The chinese are hard working but can be quite stubborn in their actions.

Well, I don't know China, but I would like too much to visit it one of these days.
I admire it, only not as a country, but also as a huge people as they are. It seems to me that they are: hard workers; resilient; humble; and patient very very very patient....
In Portugal where I am from, there are many Chinese nowadays. Their businesses are just the same that we can find in other countries where they are: big and small shops, with bargains overall.
Although they have "close" and questionable politicians, I mean: missing free press, no respect for human rights, no free elections we can't stick the head in rhe sand: they are one of the biggest power on the move. China is really an amazing country.
They have managed to deal with "tweezers" its relationships and businesses with a majority of the countries.
As they don't like that the others interfere in its they do same when the focus is... business.
I believe they will become the major and main player in the future, supplanting the USA.
