Then you can divide :

and decide for each one how much time you will spend every week (there are only 168 hours in one week, and many are sleeping). and decide when...
don't stress. Don't try to do more than what you can do.
Another important thing is :
- which are your goals ? your real goals !
- do my actions and my goals match ?
- fix one delay to each goal !
Priority to your wellness and to your health (good alimentation, regular breaks in day, sport).
