Hello Friend

I have a problem, I am holding master and Law degree now i am interesting in M.Phil / Ph. D, but still i didnot admission any university. When i thinked for admission any problem create in my life and i will not continue. What is the reason behind of this one i dont know.

Can you help me how i can admission for this degree.
