Yeah, governments should take measures to prevent people from smoking. if we can strike smoking with law as we do to freak-out, then smoking won't be so severe in the future.

Here in China, many people smoke cigarette, and they absulotely know smoking harmful, however, they just can't get rid of such a terrible habit

Smoking is harmful to not only smokers but also non-smokers.
It`s rather bad,still wasting smokers` precious time and money.
It`s worth nothing!

Yes, smoking is bad. But prohibiting it is not a good method.

Gov should invest itself more, much more in environment and nature (pollution by car especially).

Yes, you all right. Governments could begin by banning all cigarette and tobacco advertising and should then conduct anti-smoking advertising campaigns of their own. But what can governments do except banning cigarette advertising?

If we keep buying cigarette, we cannot stop the societies like Philips, Barclay, etc.

Well im sure everyone would go with the answer YES however it is not possible those have got habit of smoking will never quit so easily and will try to find them by any way possible, though it is a difficult step to take
