Even though you've been studying diligently, (I wonder haven't I been doing the same as well in the last two years?) your conclusion's that your English isn't very good, what's the same with me.
If I've understood you properly you're hoping that you'd get into position to easily travel to different countries, in which people for sure speak English, if you're fluent as well.
Needing the language for communication you've decided to learn it looking for a help on the Net.
