I loved those books too! I'm annoyed that they have changed some parts of the stories now though. Dame Slap is now called Dame Snap and Fanny and Dick are now Frannie and Rick. All references to people being smacked/spanked for bad behaviour have also been removed. Also by Enid Blyton I liked the Noddy stories, The Naughtiest Girl in the school books, and the series about a boy whose family went to live and work with a circus.
I also loved the Milly Molly Mandy stories, the Topsy and Tim books, anything by Shirley Hughes such as Dogger and the Lucy and Tom stories, the My Naughty Little Sister stories, The Secret Garden, A Little Princess, Tom's Midnight Garden, and loads more that I can't think of off the top of my head. I loved to read as a child! (Still do actually, and have to stop myself reading novels in one sitting!)

I don't have any spesific book. But I like some classic stories (ex:Beauty and The Beast, Sleeping beauty). And traditional story from my country(because my grandma always read traditional story book for me everynight in my childhood).
I think all stories are good as far as they have a good moral value.
