perhaps it is the local product here in china, i mean english corner, a place (any place)where some english learners gather to talk in english, sometimes native speakers of english join on their own accord.it is somewhat like english club here, people talk and talk or do other things because they think only in a community can they learn good english, some people even try to look for girl friedns or boy friends, and the foreigners look for potential students for whom they may offer private tutorial services.
perhaps in other countries people have a higher english proficiency than in china, so do you have such things in your country or what do you do there?

No I don't visit, because I speak English at work with my senior engineers. That's enough to me)
