I read a punch line in which, they write "choose the software that's suits you"
I think it would be that suits you.
Please tell me about that's suits you and that suits you. which one is correct.

The correct is that suits you.
If there are apostrophes like THAT'S suits you. Try not to shortcut it and make it a complete sentence, so if we make it a complete sentence it will turn out to THAT IS SUITS YOU, which is wrong.
Don't be confuse with words with apostrophes and the verb you're going to use next to it.
