Work Type Category

Hello All,

I am working on an company intranet directory, including staff, who will be classified and findable through various elements (name, department, positions etc).

We will also include a category regrouping positions under terms such as: Director, Manager, Supervisor, Coordinator, Team Leader, Officer etc...

Not being a native English Speaker, I'd like to ask your opinions about the proper/best word to name this category (they are not really job title and to list them under the term "category" seems too generic and not enough descriptive, in my opinion).

Well, apparently I could use Role or Management Level at best, but if somebody has a better idea, feel free to share it.
