Looking for LMS Website Suggestions & Theme Recommendation

This is Uhtred & I am a professional digital marketing lecturer in Dallas, TX. I am leading a small coaching center with 35+ students, as the the Covid19 pandemic has begun I haven't been able to teach to my students & losing my students gradually, I am planning to launch LMS (learning management system) website to start an online classes initiative, have them properly provide a platform with attendance, assignments submission, projects management
and proper interaction features. I am looking for a web developer who could professionally tackle my project, Secondly I need a recommendations regarding WordPress themes, which should be optimized, responsive & perform better, Infact I have found a resource of top education WordPress themes but I am not sure & have no idea which theme would be best for my website.
