little poem

Listen
i saw no dawn
i saw no dawn
on my way home
feetless
and eyeless
i saw no dawn
that was facing me

And then
i saw no hope
i saw no sense
in the sun's shinin'
i was
going far astray
i was roaming there
and at last i found the Way
