The Mask


In my mind I wonder, I question for an answer which is unknown to me, but only to the creator of this universe and the people them selves.

A question that is so simple but yet too hard to be answered. Do we wear a mask?! A question like any other question but not easy to be answered!

Yes, I’m sure people do wear masks. Yes, I know the answer, as I’m a human just like others. People do hide behind a fake face, but the question for which an answer is unknown to me is why if so, why if it’s true. Is it because we are so transparent like the glass and are so afraid to be seen by the human eye or is because we are afraid that we will not be accepted by others-human like us. Or is it because we hate our selves that much that we prefer to run a way by wearing a mask to cover our reality and live a life which was not meant for us. Or is because we are hiding some thing a joy or a pain or perhaps a dark secret, deep inside our hearts with a fear of being exposed, like the body without cloths. Or is it because we prefer to live in a lie then living in the truth and be some-one we are not then some-one we are! Or is it because we can’t accept our destiny with humble and fight the fate in greed for brighter future or shall I say worse, if we can know the unknown!

A question for which an answer is unknown to me, but only to the creator of this universe and the people them selves.

How often we meet different people, be friends and enemies to one another, but then I wonder, did we meet the true person in them or the fake mask hiding them? I question my self and wonder again. Did we fall in love or hated the true person hidden inside people’s heart, like the creatures in the deep dark blue ocean or the masks which we only see or allowed to be seen by others!

One final question remains before I close the debate between me and my self. Do I wear a mask too or the people around me do or perhaps we both do and if yes then….……..Why?!

Sometimes people wear masks to protect themselves, not because they are bad people, but it's not easy neither to be shown in fromt of other when you don't them. On the other hand, be ourselves it's just GREAT, without wearing masks... feeling the real you, the real me.It depends on the situations, my dear!!!! By the way, Person comes from the word Mask.. the meaning

I only know that when you grow old enough you know that you are not expected to do something that you feel free doing as a baby. That is why.
Such simple question can be handled here. Don't bother turning to the creator of the universe. And by the way, who is that creator?

1-Its not a simple question when your life is invloved with people around you.at least not for me

2-What I meant by refering to the creator of the universe is that only god knows what is in people's hearts.

I agree to this Oriani, and in doing so (by wearing a mask) we are protecting the people before us, as well.
