is it right if we can't forigen language we can't reach the world ?

I don't know what the word "forigen" means? :( Could you tell me please?

Dera probably meant to say "foreign", but mispelled the word.

As far as the topic is concerned, foreign languages are important, and anyone who wants to go abroad and be successful, should at least be able to speak English.
