Observes me with her worried eyes
Quite as a creature of silence
Looks at me wishing to enter my mind
I feel of her glances searching about something
Something I know what it is, but I like to conceal
I prefer to keep her away of my problems
I don’t like her to carry more of worries
Mom, dear I am not your little child who used to care about sweets and joy
I am not that child who wished to be a princess
I am not that cheerful teenager who used to think about new dresses
I grew up, so everything have changed
Your carefree child became a concerned lady
Years affect badly on her pretty round face
Thinking of future shatters her, and I hope in final not to destroy her
She suffered so much to still your innocent and obedient girl in this wild society
She spends her time to be your successful daughter
She does everything to make you more proud of her
She loves you more than what you think, so she don’t like you to bear her current burdens
Enough what you did during the past
It is her turn now to prove that your life is not lost in vain
I still smiling with my original white smile to reassure her weak concern heart
Do not worry mom..I am good
Being beside you, makes me better
That is my first
