Which of the following is/are correct?

1. The programme was launched in last month.

2. The programme was launched last month.

3. The President said the programme was launched in the previous month.

4. The President said the programme was launched the previous month.

5. The President said the programme had been launched in the previous month.

6. The President said the programme had been launched the previous month.
