Men are not built in silence, but in word, in work, in action-reflection.
—Paulo Freire, Pedagogy of the Oppressed

I’m sure there are many useful resources in this site as well as elsewhere, but this one looked promising Beginner's Guide to Speaking English: http://esl.about.com/od/speakingbeginner/.

Good luck!

You are very good-hearted.
maybe you can say:"it is very kind of you"

good-hearted sounds like Chinese-english.

No offense.

Dear tandedao,

According to my experiences, you have to know exactly what you need to do in the oral exam, namely, what kind of topic you need to talk about, how many questions, its duration, any pass paper available to be followed and things like that. secondly, you need to make you own notes for these questions and try to speak the answer to yourself.

Trying to speak english to yourself is a good way to practice your oral skill, also it is free.

I hope you will find it useful.
