HI how do you do ?
how dos the TOFEL scor?
computer -based -TOFE
TOTAL COMPUTER S scores range from (0) to (300)
first each of three sections of tofel is ganded on a scale from (0) to (30)
then scores from the three sections are added together.
finallyy the sum is multiplied by(10)
and divieded by (3)
structure and writing
75X 10=750 ÷ 3 =250
total of papar test from (310) to (677)
each of three section is ganded on a scale from 31 to 68
then scores of three sections are added together finally the sum is multiplied by 10 and divided by (3)
listening comperehension 52
150 X 10 =1500÷3= 500 total TOFEL score
if i had a bad score can i take the test more than one
you may not take the computer based tofel more than once a month for example if you take the computer -based TOFEL IN july you must wait until august
** youmay take paper test as many times as you wish in order to score to your satisfaction:)
how can i have a high score in tofel?
you must spend alot of time in training ( for 4 skills
listen to the radio and recorder
when you listen the radio recored the subject
then try to make an artical about what did u listen
after this turen on the recoredr and listen again to the subject
make a compaire between wihat u have just listen and what u wrote
day after day your pr will improve
pay close attintion at these points
* verbs that Require an infinitive in the complement
**verbs phrases that reqiured (ing)
approve of- dont mind - keep on- be better off - forget about - look forward to - object to- can't hlep - get through - count on - insist on- think about - think of
i'll continue tomorrow

3 months is not much for prepare for the TOEFL, but don't worry becuz the important thing is how high do u want/need in the Test ?
U both should go to a class for being trained with the skills and tips of taking TOEFL and study on your own with books. Some TOEFL books r very useful such as Longman, Peterson, Arco ...
For more information for TOEFL please visit http://www.toefl.org to get newest information. By the way, in some few years, the Test is going to be change a bit in the style and content.
If u describe or post here more details about what troubles u, many good guys and girls will help u.
Good luck :)
