Actually it's a French phrase "te^te - a` - te^te" which means 'head to head'. As i see that you are learning French, u simply pronounce it like in French.

"te^te" sounds like /teit/ but not completely the same, a bit shorter /ei/ i guess. Then make a liaison from t to a`.

By the way it has another meaning:
A sofa for two, especially an S-shaped one allowing the occupants to face each other.

In spanish, is usually to tell "tete a tete" (heard to heard) I am from Peru the language is popular. :lol:
