Dear Teacher,

1) He left her and lived with another woman when she had been pregnant for three months.

2) In this world, you're the girl i love most.

- Are these two sentences grammatically right ?

I'd paraphrase the first sentence:
1) He left her for another woman after she had been pregnant for three months.
- In your example it's not clear which of the women was pregnant.

As for the second sentence it seems grammatically correct... provided she is the very girl you love more than any other girl... in this world... .

Yes, they are. Number 1 is the past perfect tense and number 2 is the present tense.
