I only see 'keep to something', not 'keep to do* something'. (We often say 'keep doing something')

If you mean 'keep to something', it means 'do what you have promised or planned to do'.

Not sure!May be both "keep to do sth" and "keep doing sth " are acceptable. But in writing we hardly use "keep to do sth".
