My spoken English is not very good.I am always nervous when I am speaking.How to avoid this situation.Help me

I speak dreadful Greek, appalling French and execrable German. I am always pleased with how helpful people are. I make awful mistakes but people are happy to gently point out my errors. What I say to you therefore is don't be embarrassed just wonder how well the English/Americans speak your language ;)
