PLease demystify going to & will

Please tell me which of these sentences is correct?
1. She will have a baby
2. She is going to have a baby.

"She will have a baby" could mean that in time, she will be a mother but is not pregnant at this moment.

"She is going to have a baby" means that she is either pregnant now or intends becoming pregnant very soon.
