I’m not even sure I did the 1st exercise right for you. You’re asking us to ‘make a new sentence from the question in the brackets.’ I just turned a question into another incorporating those words outside the brackets. Is this what you want? Show us a sample question/answer and we'll try it for you again.

should be

do you know if i have to pay ti study in Glasgow cuz. ur changing the sentence form direct to indirect speech
so in the first questions use if rule

while the second question it's too easy sweet heart i do not know why it's diffecult to u
