Guy: Patsy Cline's her sad music huh. Now. This is a very happy music. Keep it but you know what? Even if he does cheer her up, he can't be a guy that's afraid of tears (I just don't get the point behind this... could someone explain me pls)

PLUS at the very moment after the guy says this, they show a scene where the guy crying while watching the concert and holding his dates hand (it seems there's a joke on this but, I just dont get it^^)

"Afraid of tears" means "afraid to cry."

The joke is that when we see Lenny crying, we know he's not afraid of tears. So he might be "The Perfect Man."
