Is "to employ it into action" grammatically correct?

Let's say we are reading some self-help book but most people just read it and DON'T put it into action.

If I say "Those are not just words, those are not just text, it's not just ideas.... it is REAL you need to employ ALL of it into action!"

Am I saying it correctly grammatically?

No, we can't use "employ" quite like that.

You could say:
You need to put all of those ideas into action!
You need to actually employ those ideas in life!
You need to employ those ideas.
