Guy: You are holding up just fine as the years pass. (could someone explain me what it means pls

to hold up (phrasal verb) = to remain strong or good

The yen is holding up well against the dollar.

In the context, he probably means that even though she is getting older she is still looking good.

PS: don't confuse with "to hold someone/something up" (eg, to rob, to delay etc)
