NO :!:

First of all, they are not all the same parts of speech.

scare is a verb (and can be a noun)

afraid is an adjective

terrify is a verb

fear is a verb and noun

horrify is a verb

The Fear Index (strongest at bottom)

scared (adj)
afraid (adj)
terrified (adj)

Horrified is not included because its meaning is closer to "shocked", not "afraid".

to scare (Spiders scare me.)
to fear (I fear spiders.)
to terrify (Spiders terrify me.)
