Please someone explain

Swing on over

What situations it's used for?
I haven't found it at the Phrasal verbs list on the site.

hi tukanja - i would equate 'swing on over' to 'swing by', meaning to 'stop in' and
visit someone, or 'stop by' the grocery store for a couple of items.

Thank You hermit!

Does it also mean, in an easy way, happily, not making any trouble to yourself.
Is it a phrasal verb actually? I think it is.
