Is it possible to say

Please get along with the Bosnia & Herzegovina custom regulations in the link below given by the Bosnia and Herzegovina Indirect Taxation Authority. http://www.*****.***

Is it maybe better to say

Please try to get along with..

I think your meaning would be clearer if you said one of the following:

Please go along with the regulations……
Please abide by the regulations…..
