Hello

Could someone review this paragraph and let me know what errors I have made. Thank you.

We understand the difficulty you have in organizing your schedule with respect to our invitation and the obvious inconvenience this causes you. We are very sorry to cause you this inconvenience.

Grammatically, the paragraph is correct. Here is a suggestion on how to word it:

We understand that you may have difficulty rearranging your schedule to accommodate our invitation. We are very sorry for any inconvenience it may cause you and we appreciate your flexibility.

thank you for your response. I have seen the following sentences on articles -are they grammatically correct - any difference between them? I am a bit confused

We are sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused
I am sorry to cause you this inconvenience
