It is possible to achieve if to live some period of time in an English-speaking country.

2500km by air from my place to a nearest native country and visa papers needed which i can't get for I am from Bosnia.
But a few teachers of English could have arrived here in the last ten years and teach the language.
Te idea should have been realised as a donation.
Many donators from all over the world have put a lot of money into this country. The money has been taken by a few guys that were close to the authorities and this nation got almost nothing.
Neither the guys nor the authorities nor the donators were interested much in what the money's going to be spent on and by whom.
