Which of these are correct?

1. Did you notice he had been staring at you?
2. Did you notice he stared at you?
2. Did you notice he was staring at you?
3. Do you notice he is staring at you?
4. Have you noticed he has been staring at you?
5. Have you noticed he is staring at you?

Thanks

Please -if you are able to make so much time for this - explain the situations in which every particular sentence could be used (put their numbers in order of your preference) or put every sentence in a context consisting of at least 5 sentences.

This time I've really asked your hard work.

But I look forward to hearing from you about this.

Thank you
