Hi,
I've seen the sentence "It's ours for the taking" in different contexts. Can anybody please explain to me what it means?

It means that what is out there is available. Whoever "us" is just has to act to receive it. Example: "The clients are ours for the taking. They are looking for people like us to sell them these products. The products almost sell themselves!"
