Hello!
I would like to know how I can write somebody's name using acronyms.

ex. David Charl Peter
David C. Peter, David Charl P., or David C. P.?

Especially when written on a book's cover.

I wouldn't abbreviate the person's last name.

Most common would be to abbreviate or leave out the middle name, so "David C. Peter" or "David Peter".

Some authors choose to abbreviate their first name, like "D. Charl Peter" or "D. C. Peter", but I would only do that if it was the author's wish.
