I don't understand the expressions "sugar fit" and "put that on 'em" from the following verse of Kelly Rowland's song "Comeback":
"Don't wanna rush into it
And catch a sugar fit
Once I put that on 'em
Put that on 'em
Put that, put that
Put that on 'em"
Can anybody help me?
Thanks!

I have no idea! I would have to see the rest of the song to figure out what he is talking about. A "sugar fit" could be just the antsy feeling you get after eating too much sugar... I fear I may not be cool enough to understand the slang used...

I agree a "sugar fit" is probably what is more often called a "sugar rush" - feeling too energetic like you ate a lot of sugar.
"Put that on 'em" could mean a lot of things. Without context it's too vague to really mean anything. In the context of her song though, "that" is probably a "spell". She's talking about seducing men, and it's not uncommon to talk about love like it's a magic spell.
