What does he mean by "1"?
1. I'm going to be history anyway!

Son: I'm a little short... may I borrow your gas card?
Daughter: I need cash to chip in for gas, daddy?
Father: Here, just take my whole wallet...
Son: Cool!
Daughter: Wow! thanks, daddy!
Father: The way things are going, I'm going to be history anyway!

Depending on the exact context, it means something like "whatever happens, I'm going to be dead soon" or "whatever happens, my career is going to be finished soon" "whatever happens, people will only read about be in history books soon".

It is used to mean "whatever happens, it doesn't make a difference" to the future, like I'm in debt and a bit more or a ton more doesn't matter.

The phrase "you're history" in general means that you will soon be killed or "eliminated" in some way, shape, or form. An example of this could be getting fired or kicked out of a team.
