Punctuation

Please help me with the punctuation for the "if not all then" pattern:

"She read if not all then most of his books."
"She read if not all, then most of his books."
"She read, if not all, then most of his books."
"She read, if not all then most, of his books."
"She read, if not all then most of, his books."

On google, I found these five different ways of placing commas for this example. Which are the correct ways?

1) She's read almost all his books.
2) She's read most of his books.
3) She's read many of his books.
4) She's read some of his books.

#1 could solve the problem.
