How to pronounce "Willcare"?

Pls help me with this word.
Is it pronounced "wilshire" in any case? Or simply willcare?

Umm it is "wilcare" in fact..

One of my friends told me that some people call it wilshire... it's a hospital's name somewhere.

Dear Cinderella, it's wheelchair! Wheelchairs can be used by people who can't walk.

I guess it's nothing about pronouncing it as wilshire.. it's just another name?

Ah, so it's an acronym for a local place...Wilshire can also be a town name...

Wilshire is this name of the town so perhaps this is what they're referring to when they pronounce it this way. It definitely looks like "will care" though in my opinion.
