"I care about all your thoughts, ideas, and opinions and having stimulating and inspiring discussions about them."
I need help editing the above sentence. I know that in a list of three you're supposed to separate them with commas, including the last listed item following 'and'. However, since I have another 'and' after the last item it comes across as weird or incorrect to me. Is there a more correct way to punctuate the sentence?
Thanks, I greatly appreciate the help.

I care deeply about all of your thoughts, ideas and opinions and I would like to have stimulating and inspiring discussions about them.
