How to get people to talk to you in English?

I just want to start by saying that it takes a lot of courage and self motivation to learn a language so bravo to you all who are at least trying.

This is interesting. I always practice speaking in English when I was still a student until I landed a job. Right now, I'm teaching English online through Skype thanks to my constant practice in English.
