Help me to correct my usage of word " Despite & Inspite as mentioned below.
1) Despite of weakness in health, he still works continously.
or
2) Despite weakness, he keeps working until day end.
3) In spite of fighting back, he withdrew.

Despite and in spite are adverbials of concession. They are used to show a contrast.
In no. 1 there is a contrast between the first clause ‘despite of weakness in health’ and second clause ‘he still works continuously’.
Note that we use ‘of’ with in spite but not despite.
You could rewrite no.1 like this:
‘Despite his poor health, he continues to work.’
What you are saying here is that although his health is poor, he still works.
You can replace ‘despite’ with ‘in spite of’ in this sentence.
In sentence no. 3 it should be ‘instead of’ not ‘in spite of’.
What you are saying is that he should have stayed to fight but he chose to withdraw.
