Re: How do use Confuse
Simple present tense would be ‘get confused’.
E.g.,
I usually get confused when I am in a supermarket because of all the choices.
Or
I usually get confused in supermarkets because of all the choices.
I usually get confused in supermarkets because of all the choices there are.
I usually get confused in supermarkets because of all the choices one has to choose from.
I usually get confused in supermarkets because of the choices one has choose from for any item.
If you say ‘the supermarket’ then you are talking about a particular supermarket.
If you want to use the word ‘too’ then it should be ‘too many’ not ‘too much’.

Re: How do use Confuse
The sentence should read, "I usually get confused when I go to the supermarket because there are too many choices."
In this sentence, you are using "get" in the simple present tense and using "confused" as an adjective. To use it in the simple present tense, change it to, "I usually confuse myself when I go to the supermarket because there are too many choices."
