Been to, been in, gone to example

Been to, been in, gone to example

Hi, thank you for opening the thread..

I know the difference between the three of them.
Been to - went came back
Been in - usually describing time
Gone to - went, still is there

But I have this example that is a bit of a problem to me.

Please don't mind what was filled, here are my answers. If someone can check them and if not correct please elaborate why.

2) Been to
3) Been in / Gone to

8) Been to

These are all correct (except they should not be capitalized).
