Is this statement right.." Sensible work practices are the cause to prevent muscular fatigues."

We normally say "the cause of" something.

So, your sentence would change to:

Sensible work practices are the cause of preventing muscular fatigue.

However, this is still not idiomatic. You could say:

Bad work practices are a cause of muscle fatigue.

But to have it start with "Sensible work..." I suggest:

Sensible work practices are one way to prevent muscle fatigue.
Sensible work practices help in preventing muscle fatigue.


Note that the term is "muscle fatigue" I believe.
