get it why = understand why
Can "get it" be used as "understand" ?
I've found this, but I'm not completely shure

Yes 'get it' can be used to mean 'understand'.
For example,
- If someone explains a word to you, you can say 'Ok - I get it now' (meaning - I understand now)
However you can't say, 'I get it why'
I can't see the attachment by the way.
